If you are in a situation where the camera configuration information has been provided by the IT staff (public IP address, port number, subnet mask, gateway address, DNS server address) but access to the local router is not available for setting up the camera, the camera can still be configured using just a PC as shown here.
Once the camera is configured, it will work on the network.

If it is not practical to run a cable from the CCTV camera to the monitor or to a network camera server, extend the range wirelessly as shown here.
The A/V cables from the CCTV camera connect to the transmitter at one end and at other end A/V cables from the network camera server connect to the wireless receiver.
Once a CCTV camera is converted to a network camera with a Panasonic network camera server, use it with the TenM3 web service for Video Security.

The audio from Panasonic network cameras cannot be heard on Apple Mac’s while using Panasonic’s web interface.
To hear the audio and see the video from the Camera, use the TenM3 service. More details are here.
Setup the camera in the TenM3 account, then play the TenM3 Feed over the web.

TenM3 provides a Quicktime audio-video streaming solution for the Panasonic network cameras. With TenM3, a large number of viewers can watch the LIVE-feed concurrently; the feed can be recorded at the same time. Both the LIVE audio-video streaming and Recording are done over the Internet. At the senders site, ONLY Panasonic network camera with Internet is required. Nothing else is needed.
Audio streaming requires a Panasonic BL-C or BB-HCM camera that supports audio.
Cameras with built-in mic (e.g. BL-C131) are easier to setup and give good quality audio. Cameras with external mic (e.g. BB-HCM581) allow high-quality sound sources to feed directly into the camera. Tips on how to enable audio from the camera are here.
