The BL-C131 uses the bandwidth of your Internet connection whenever it is viewed over the Internet.
The Upload bandwidth available to the camera is set from the camera ‘Setup’ page
Login to the camera, then navigate to the page where bandwidth is set
‘Setup > Network (IPv4) > Static’
(the above example is when the camera is used on a IPv4 network with the ‘Static’ settings)
The “max bandwidth usage” parameter is at the bottom of the page.
For the best video quality, the “max bandwidth usage” should be ‘unlimited’. This is also the default Panasonic setting. However, if there are more cameras on the network, or bandwidth is needed for other uses, then the ‘max bandwidth usage’ should be changed to a lower value.
Try different settings for “max bandwidth” to see how it affects the video quality. Usually, a minimum of 0.2 Mbps is required for the camera.
With the TenM3 Internet service (www.tenm3.com ) and Panasonic IP cameras, you can setup always-on LIVE-feeds from anywhere and View, Share, Record them at Internet scale.
